Refund policy

Due to updated Red Cross guidelines, we will be implementing a new refund policy for all course participants starting January 1st, 2026.

Full Refund: Cancel 6+ weeks before course date

Free Course Transfers: Reschedule up to 2 weeks before course

Partial Refunds  (2–5 Weeks Notice): Cancel 2–5 weeks before → refund minus $25 of original payment

NO Refunds (2 Weeks or Less Notice): Cancel within 2 weeks of course date
